We’re a neighborhood burger joint with a one-track mind: make a great smash burger, and give every part of it the attention it deserves.
Paper-thin sweet onions pressed into the beef. American cheese melted over the edges. A toasted potato roll to hold it all together. Each ingredient has a job to do.
Even the side gets its own treatment. Whole potatoes, hand-cut and fried in beef tallow. A short menu gives us room to care about the little things.
