Lacy Burger is a smash burger shop on Main Street in Hopkinton, from the team behind Blue Square Pizza.

We do one thing and do it right: thin patties smashed hard on a hot griddle until the edges go crisp and lacy, paper-thin onions pressed right into the beef, melted American cheese, pickles, and our house sauce on a soft potato roll. Fries are cut fresh every day, shoestring style, and fried in beef tallow. No shakes, no frills — just a bottled Mexican cola and a burger that’s ready in about two minutes.

Order at the counter or the kiosk, grab a seat, play a round on the arcade cabinets, and keep it Lacy.
